Our production unit is in the village of Prinias in Crete and the grapes we are using for our products have a distinct taste and aroma thanks to the altitude (700 m) and the ideal soil of the area. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks in controlled temperature.
The distillation process takes place under strictly controlled pressure and temperature conditions, thanks to our state-of-the-art pot still and not least to our twenty-six years of experience.
Combining raki with honey we produce rakomelo. We select honey with strong aroma and natural colour so we do not need any artificial additives. We only add a mature herb extract at a very small proportion, from herbs we collect from Psiloritis mountain.
